You have probably noticed that almost all women in Asia, particularly in China, have very slim and thin bodies and nice appearance. This probably is not a striking information considering the fact that people in Asia have a specifically organized nutrition characterized by several smaller bowls that make one meal.
Dr. Colin Campbell, the author of “The China Study” explained his expert knowledge in Asian diet and prepared a diet plan according to what he learned and studied.
Since the mostly used component of the Asian diet is rice, it is suggested to combine it with fruits and vegetables, or meat. Instead of rice, you can also use corn, integral noodles or integral bread.
Furthermore, every day you should eat a lot of legumes, garlic, onions, carrots, Swiss chard. You have several options, to bake, boil or eat the products fresh. According to your choice, you can add some oil or vinegar. If you would like to enrich your dish, you can also use supplements such as cheese, soy, yogurt or nut.
One day during the week you can add chicken, eggs and candies. Still, the best would be to consume fresh fruit instead of sweets. Some healthy kernels and honey are also an option, or if you really feel you need some extra sugar, than dark chocolate with 75% of cocoa content will probably work for you.
Veal, beer and port (as the last option) are allowed once a month, and of course, moderate quantities are suggested.
While you make the most convenient combinations, make sure you do not exaggerate with the caloric value.
The predictions about this diet are that you will reduce weight of approximately 3 kilograms in 10 days, or about 1 kilogram every three days.
