A person’s metabolism rate plays an important role when it comes to dieting and losing weight. It is a process that is required to maintain our basic body functions and it never rest, always working every minute of our life converting calories when we are awake and even when we sleep.
Our body is supplied with energy by utilizing the process called metabolism and its function is to convert the food we eat into energy. The other way is to eat the right foods in the right amounts. Eating right would also help you to increase or maintain your metabolism rate even when you are on a diet.
But the effects are minimal meaning that it is more advisable to go with building muscles to increase metabolism rate. Some people were born with high metabolism rate while others with lower metabolism rate.
However, that should not stop us from improving our metabolism rate. With the right exercise or diet program we can also increase our metabolism rate.
